There’s no denying that triathletes are some of the most impressive athletes out there. Just thinking about doing a swim, followed by a bicycle ride, followed by a run tires out most people imagine doing it? Triathletes put their bodies through intense physical activity, which is why it’s incredibly important that they are adequately prepared come race day. Next Level Physio actually runs our own Triathlon Club to help athletes prepare for these races and prevent injuries. Unfortunately, there are still common injuries all triathletes need to be aware of.

One of the benefits of participating in a triathlon, however, and triathlon training is the cross-training that athletes do. This could help prevent injury by strengthening different muscle groups.
